Limited License

Skkynet grants to you a limited license to display on your computer, print, download and use all publicly available information on this site for any lawful purpose. Other contents such as logos, photographs, charts and the like are made available to you on Skkynet Web sites, for non-commercial, personal purposes only and on condition that: (1) you do not modify any such content, and (2) you include with and display on your copy of such content the Skkynet copyright notice and this limited license. Where Skkynet makes available to you free software downloads (whether trial or otherwise), Skkynet grants to you a limited license to use such software as set out in the End-User License Agreement for Skkynet and Cogent Software, in the Skkynet Master Subscription Agreement, and/or in the Skkynet Embedded Toolkit License Agreement, as may be applicable.  Regardless, all free software downloads are provided to you “as is” without warranty or condition of any kind.

No Warranties

Skkynet does not warrant the quality, accuracy or completeness of any claims, statements, information or software downloaded on or from our sites. Further, Skkynet makes no representations about the suitability of any of the information contained on Skkynet Web sites for any purpose. Such information is provided “as is” without warranty or condition of any kind. Skkynet sites may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. In no event shall Skkynet be liable for any damages whatsoever, including special, indirect or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of content available on Skkynet Web sites. Refund Policy

Skkynet only bills for products and services you sign up for and have used, and only after they have been provided to you.  Billing is usually on a monthly or annual basis.  If you cancel any Skkynet service prior to your monthly or annual billing date, you will not be refunded for the services for which you have paid up to the next billing date.  As a customer you are responsible for understanding this refund policy upon purchasing any product or service from our Web sites.  However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the services we provide.  Therefore, we do honor requests for refunds where product or services are not provided as described.  In this case, a request based on this reason is satisfied on a case-by-case basis.  Skkynet reserves full discretion to make the determination whether a refund is appropriate under the circumstances.
