Norm is the former Chief Financial Officer of Cipher Pharmaceuticals Inc (TSX:CPH). Norm has over 30 years of business experience, including roles as VP Finance at MDS Pharma Services, and as a Partner at Ernst & Young Inc. Norm brings to Skkynet his wealth of experience in conducting audits, financial reporting for public companies, and corporate governance.
Kenneth W. Jennings
Ken is Vice President of Kinesis Identity Security System Inc., a software security start-up. Prior to his work at Kinesis, Ken held senior roles including VP of Manufacturer Solutions & Consulting, VP of Marketing, and VP of Sales at ADP Dealer Services, a division of ADP Inc. Ken’s brings to Skkynet over 30 years of experience in business development, strategy, and in leading business-to-business software sales and marketing teams.
John X. Adiletta
John is Chairman, President and CEO of EMR Technology Solutions, Inc., a U.S. holding company that acquires healthcare technology-related products and services. As principal of PCS Management Group since its founding in 1993, John has vast experience in mergers and acquisitions. John has also served on boards of directors for technology companies in various capacities including as a member of audit and corporate governance committees.
Paul is co-founder and COO of Skkynet, and is a process control and applications engineer. Paul holds a Master of Applied Science in Mineral Process Engineering from UBC, Vancouver in 1993, and a B.Eng. with honors from the Camborne School of Mines, Cornwall in 1990. Paul has deep experience in customer development strategies, and communication with a variety of our client industries.

Paul is co-founder, President, Secretary and Director of Skkynet. Paul is an attorney, registered U.S. patent agent, and a Canadian registered patent and trademark agent. Paul’s qualifications to serve as a director of Skkynet consist of his experience in fund raising for developing companies, intellectual property development, litigation strategies and protection of our patented products and services.
Minoru "Mickey" Yamazaki
Mickey has been advising Skkynet and established the Skkynet UA Lab in Yokohama, Japan in 2018. Prior to his work with Skkynet, Mickey was President of LantroniX (Japan), and Executive Vice President and a director of AI Corp. Mickey brings to Skkynet a wealth of knowledge and experience in business development and marketing, having also held various senior positions such as general manager of the wireless data division of Nippon Motorola, president of Toyo Microsystems, a technology distributor in Tokyo, Japan and senior sales manager of Marubun Corp., where he established their Silicon Valley subsidiary.
Dr. José M. Fernandez

José is a Full Professor at the Department of Computer & Software Engineering at the École Polytechnique de Montréal. José is an active researcher in computer security for Internet applications and SCADA systems, intrusion detection systems, malicious software and botnets, evaluation and testing of security products, trust management systems and privacy protection on the Internet. José has over 50 publications to his credit, and is an invaluable asset to ensuring the integrity of the Skkynet’s secure-by-design system.

Mike is the President and founder of Managing Energy Inc. ("MEI"), a web-based software-as-a-service to help building professionals manage and conserve energy. Prior to this, Mike was founder and President of Efficiency Engineering Inc., an engineering consulting firm specializing in mechanical and electrical installations in buildings, particularly automated control systems. With two successful company sales (exits) under belt, Mike brings a unique blend of technical knowledge, organizational skills, and start-up experience. Mike is active in promoting and managing health, sanitation, and education initiatives in Haiti, Tanzania, and Guatemala.
Francois van Vuuren
Senior Advisor, Licensing
Francois van Vuuren is a Senior Director at Harmonic International AG. Francois has been certified as a Certified Licensing Professional and has extensive experience in corporate law, intellectual property, drafting licensing and outsourcing agreements and negotiating sales and services agreements. Prior to his work at Harmonic, Francois was senior counsel at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, consistently recognized as a top Canadian law firm and has served in other counsel positions, notably as counsel of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. Francois holds degrees in commerce and law from the U Pretoria, and a Master in Laws from U Toronto.
