Gary Tillery
Gary is a technology and business leader with over 35 years of experience specializing in software development, system integration, strategic partnerships and M&A in industrial software. Gary is the former Senior Director, Strategic Portfolio Partners and M&A at AVEVA, a Schneider Electric subsidiary, where he also held senior leadership roles in software development, product and partner management.
Andrew S. Thomas
Chief Technology Officer
Andrew is founder and inventor of the technology powering Skkynet, with over three decades in process control, system integration and software development of real time data communications systems. Andrew brings intimate knowledge of our products and services, development and strategic planning, and a broad, fundamental understanding of the business drivers affecting the company.
Paul Benford
Chief Operating Officer
Paul is co-founder of Skkynet, and is a process control and applications engineer. Paul holds a Master of Applied Science in Mineral Process Engineering from UBC, Vancouver in 1993, and a B.Eng. with honors from the Camborne School of Mines, Cornwall in 1990. Paul has deep experience in customer development strategies, and communication with a variety of our client industries.
Paul E. Thomas
President and Secretary
Paul is co-founder, President, Secretary and Director of Skkynet. Paul is an attorney, registered U.S. patent agent, and a Canadian registered patent and trademark agent. Paul’s qualifications to serve as a director of Skkynet consist of his experience in fund raising for developing companies, intellectual property development, litigation strategies and protection of our patented products and services.
Lowell Holden
Chief Financial Officer
Lowell Holden is an experienced financial manager of smaller public companies, with a broad range of business experience including securing financing, structuring of transactions, and managing relationships with customers, financing institutions and stockholders. Lowell has an extensive background in fulfilling financial auditing and SEC reporting requirements.
Martin J. Rempel
Martin leads Skkynet’s sales in Europe and Africa with extensive international management experience at the intersection of technology and industry. Over the past decade, he has helped small companies deliver impactful solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency. Martin has lived in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, and currently resides in Germany.
Michael Quartarone
Michael’s focus is sales in the Americas, working with System Integrators and software distribution channels to leverage Skkynet software tools in their respective business markets. Michael brings a broad scope of sales experience including 10 years in the Microsoft system integrator channel managing a portfolio of customers selling large project deployments including Azure, IOT, custom development and infrastructure-related projects.
Arpit B. Patel
Arpit leads Skkynet’s go-to-market efforts and strategic partner relationships across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. He brings over 20 years of international business experience helping industrial automation and infrastructure customers—including end users, EPCs, OEMs, and system integrators—enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
Casey Cain
Casey oversees Skkynet’s global marketing strategy, managing promotion, lead generation, branding, events, and digital media channels to drive growth. Casey brings extensive experience managing diverse teams and large-scale projects in various industries and at creative agencies with brands such as Rogers Communications and Mercedes-Benz Canada.
